A Message from Our Partner 1% for the Planet

Dear Friends,

1% Percent for the Planet is nearing the end of a banner year. We’ve been adding on average more than one new member company a day since January and the rate doesn’t seem to be slowing down! As you know, to be successful over the long term, our member companies need the support of people like you. People committed to the idea of using their purchasing power to change the world. In part to introduce consumers to our members, and in part to help cover our operating costs, we’ve created our first on-line auction.

In it, you will find some priceless items like a signed guitar from Jack Johnson, a surf session with Yvon Chouinard and Chris Malloy, and a day fly fishing with legendary guide Craig Mathews. There’s a full ski weekend in Jackson Hole, a week long rafting trip in Mexico and ton of other items. They all reflect the wonderful diversity and commitment of our members.
